EuroJackpot uses the same 5+2 number format as EuroMillions but caps its jackpot at €120 million and runs in 18 European countries. Your odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 139,838,160.
Same number format as EuroMillions, different countries, lower jackpot ceiling. Here is how the game works, what all 12 prize tiers pay, and when to use our generator above.
EuroJackpot launched in March 2012 as a pan-European lottery. Players pick 5 main numbers from 1 to 50 and 2 Euro numbers from 1 to 12.
Participating countries include Germany, Finland, Denmark, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Italy, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, and Greece.
Draws run every Tuesday and Friday at 8:00 PM CET in Helsinki, Finland (Tuesday draws were added in March 2022).
Ticket prices vary by country, typically €2 to €2.50 per line.
Minimum guaranteed jackpot is €10 million. The jackpot rolls over until someone wins or it reaches the €120 million cap.

Overall odds of winning any prize: about 1 in 32 per line.
Prizes use a pari-mutuel system: amounts vary with ticket sales and the number of winners in each tier.
When the jackpot hits €120 million and remains unwon, additional prize money flows to the second tier (5+1) in the following draws until someone wins the jackpot.
The jackpot odds (1 in 139,838,160) are identical to EuroMillions because the number pools match. EuroJackpot's lower cap means jackpots peak sooner but roll less dramatically than EuroMillions' €250 million maximum.

Play EuroJackpot if you are in Germany, Scandinavia, or Eastern Europe where it is the primary pan-European game. Play EuroMillions for larger maximum jackpots if available in your country. Some players enter both on the same draw nights.

Our tool generates a full line: five unique main numbers from 1 to 50 plus two Euro numbers from 1 to 12. Use it as a personal quick pick before buying a real ticket — not a prediction system. Compare prize tiers on our EuroJackpot odds calculator.
Quick picks and personal selections have equal odds. Random generation helps avoid birthday clustering (numbers 1-31) and popular sequences.
Preset range: random number 1 to 50.
Claim through the national lottery operator in the country where you bought the ticket. Deadlines are typically 90 to 365 days depending on the country.
Tax treatment varies: Germany taxes lottery winnings, while Finland and several other countries do not tax prizes for individual players. Check local rules before claiming large amounts.
Contact your national problem gambling helpline. EuroJackpot operators offer self-exclusion and spending limit tools in most participating countries.
Q: Can I play EuroJackpot from the UK?
The UK participates in EuroMillions, not EuroJackpot. UK residents cannot buy official EuroJackpot tickets unless visiting a participating country.
Q: Are EuroJackpot and EuroMillions the same game?
No. Different operators, different country lists, different jackpot caps. Same number format and identical jackpot odds.
Q: Does our generator include Euro numbers?
Yes. It draws five main numbers (1–50) and two Euro numbers (1–12) together, matching the official ticket format.
